Policies and Other Important Information You Need To Know
Payment of Tuition For Classes
Tuition must be paid in full within 24 hours of the start of class except where noted otherwise, or arrangements must be made to satisfy tuition through the Registrar at admin@healingthroughspirit.com.
Students may pay their fees by check, credit card via AMEX, VISA or MasterCard or money order. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "HTS School of Inner Wisdom” for the exact amount of the charges.
Payment for Services
All Services must be paid in full prior to sessions. Clients may pay their fees by check, credit card via AMEX, VISA or MasterCard or money order. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Healing Through Spirit” for the exact amount of the charges. For multiple session treatments, please discuss payment options with the practioner. We must receive a non-refundable deposit of $300 for IME healing (can be applied to other services). This program is a 3 day process and last minute cancellation within 48 hours of service, requires client to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Students have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time. If the student cancels a weekend workshop with more than 48 hour notice, tuition will be fully reimbursed, within 24 hours of a class starting, 50% cancellation fee applies. No refunds are offered once the class begins. Refunds will be made within 48 hours after class completion.

What to Bring to Class
Classes are a combination of lecture and practicum, some even include yogic exercise. The following are suggested to ensure your comfort during the class.
- A mat for the floor to lie on
- A pillow to sit on or back jack chair
- A non-breakable water bottles.
- Loose comfortable clothes. You may want to dress in layers.
- The center provides coffee, tea and water, please bring specific drinks or beverages that meet any special dietary needs you might have.
- In some cases we provide meals, please check the class listing ... this will be specifically stated if this is the case.
Textbooks & Course Materials
In most cases course materials are included with the tuition fees, however there are occasions when they will be charged separately. The materials will be listed and provide the student an opportunity to obtain books and or materials at a lesser cost than what Healing Through Spirit can provide.
Yoga Classes and Meditation
Many of our classes include Yogic exercise and meditations with extensive breathwork. As with any exercise program, please check with your doctor to ensure that it is safe for you to participate. And during the class if you are ever in doubt please ask the instructor how to modify the program for your particular level of fitness.
